He's a soldier.
He turns your weenies into bratwursts.
He's a 3/3.
He cost 1GWW
AND He's an uncommon.
That's pretty awesome.
Sigil Captain was by far my favorite card in the Alara Reborn set. His versatility is really what makes him so valuable. Aside from the obvious Solider decks he can also sneak his way into Lorwyn elf decks (Try having him out when you play Elfish Promenade). He's also a good fit for any deck with saprolings. A favorite combo of mine is Sigil Captain and Spore Burst. Try pairing him with Mycoloth for a horde of 3/3 saprolings every turn. A formidable army indeed.
