My friends and I have dubbed this card super pacifism since it came out. It's a great lockdown card for (G/U)W. It costs the same as pacifism (2) only you need a G or U and it removes. It makes any creature useless. Unless countered there really isn't much an opponent can do about it. I would recommend this in almost white deck honestly.
I know it seems like I've made all the cards of the day cards from Alara Reborn, and you might be asking when I'm getting to the M10. Soon, soon. I got a booster box and a fat pack the weekend the set came out, only now am I starting to root through everything in search of combos and worthy cards and such.
Maybe tomorrow will be a combo day. Or a decklist. Until then.
